Spelt Coffee

100 % pure spelt coffee (caffeine free), professionally roasted and ground. Hildegard of Bingen discribed spelt the following way: "Spelt is the best grain, it is warm, fat and strong. And its milder than other grain types." Very easy and foremost quick preparation. Also a kids favorite.

Prepare it like Turkish coffee: Take one teespoon and boil it in one cup of water, wait until the brew settles down.
