Flowery, gentle-tart. To create this popular Chinese flower tea, green tea has to be steamed with Jasmin blossoms, which pass on the fragrance and aroma of the blossoms to the green tea. After that the blossoms are removed again.  Often the Jasmin farms are located directly beside the tea farms, so the blossoms can get into the tea as fresh as possible. The Jasmin blossoms are harvested around noon and mixed with the tea on the same day. Over night the steaming process takes place.
